any layers can tell us if there is news on the lawsuit? how can I find out? did he win the rest of the lawsuit?

10/30/2008 23 TRUE COPY ORDER of USCA as to 18 Notice of Appeal filed by Richard Reinhardt USCA Case Number 08-2348-cv. Stipulation withdrawing appeal from active consideration, without prejudice, and with leave to reactivate by notifying the clerk of this court in writing by 04/23/2009. Translated, Richard Reinhardt has dismissed his own appeal. He can reactivate it before 4/23/09. If he does not reactivate his appeal, his case will be dismissed and he can't sue these people ever again. Basically, Reinhardt lost the case. He knew he'd lose the appeal and owe legal fees so he just dismissed the case himself. I don't see him reactivating his appeal. He should get back to making and playing music. Holding this grudge all these years has only lost him and his family a lot of money and peace.
